Karolina Barmuta - Founding Partner
Graduated from Middlesex University (BA) and UCL (MA) in London – Latin American Studies and Translation, she also took the Postgraduate course in International Trade at the Economic University of Krakow. For more than 10 years, she has worked for companies seeking expansion in the LatAm region. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in public institutions and private companies, working for development and commercial expansion in Latin American countries, supervising export, import and investment processes. During her professional career she was a Consular Referent at the Polish Embassy in Buenos Aires, Executive Assistant to the Argentine-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Buenos Aires, International Project Manager at Ponar Wadowice and MODECOM S.A. in Poland. During these experiences, she managed to develop commercial links with countries such as Chile, Brazil and Argentina. She also participated in many international fairs in the region, such as Expomin (Santiago de Chile), Distree LatAm (Sao Paulo) as well as CeBit (Hannover) and Distree EMEA (Monaco) in Europe. Actively participate in the cultural activities of the Polish community in Buenos Aires, being an active member of the Polish Argentine Cultural Association (ACAP).

For 20 years working on the markets Argentina and Uruguay in local and foreign investments in sports and tourism. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in public and private institutions, working in the real estate commercial development. He is experienced in supervising the administration and investment process, particularly in the area of property management and sports clubs. For many years now he has been collaborating with the Trade Employees Union, as well as working as a Sports Coordinator of the Parque Norte Recreational Center and a Political Advisor for the Paysandú-Uruguay Municipality. He is a Referent for South America of the Polish Football Federation (PZPN) and vice-president of the Lujanense Football League. During all these experiences at the local and international level, he managed to develop commercial links with Poland, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. He participates in cultural activities of the Polish community in Buenos Aires, being also the Sport Director of Poland Soccer Club Argentina.
